Custom Orders – Shipping Policy

Once your custom item is completed, please allow up to 3 business days for processing and fulfillment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final invoice. Orders will ship only after the full balance, including shipping, has been paid in full.

 

Regular Products – Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. All items are carefully packaged using protective materials, including bubble wrap. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.
