Terms & Conditions 

  1. Custom Order Timeline

    All custom diecast pieces are handmade and made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your custom to be completed, depending on design complexity and current order volume.

  2. Shipping & Fulfillment

    Once your item is completed, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final invoice. Orders will be shipped once the full balance, including shipping, has been paid.

  3. Payment & Retainer

    A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of ordering to begin production. The remaining balance, including shipping costs, is due prior to shipment. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

  4. Refund Policy

    Due to the custom nature of each piece, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once production has started.

  5. Design Approval

    If applicable, digital mockups or sketches may be provided for approval before production begins. Changes requested after production has started may incur additional fees.

  6. Communication

    All updates and final confirmations will be sent via email or text. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.
